Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry to provide exceptional patient care. This role involves monitoring cardiac rhythms and ensuring patient safety in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ cardiac status using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license (RN).
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or cardiac care.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Possess proficiency in utilizing telemetry monitoring equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends consistently, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays.
