Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate will monitor cardiac patients, assess their condition, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and assess their vital signs continuously.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Document patient observations and update medical records promptly.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and notify the medical team as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or related cardiology units.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and protocols.
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shifts, including every third weekend and every other holiday.
