Registered Nurse - Med/Surg and ED Patients
This is a 13-week contract position.
06:00 PM - 06:30 AM
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to med/surg and emergency department patients. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. You will be expected to adhere to all clinical guidelines and utilize evidence-based practices in your nursing interventions.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitoring.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation.
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Current RN license for the state of practice.
Completion of necessary health screenings, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
Passing Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
Additional certifications, such as BLS, are preferred.
