Great River Care Center in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Charge Nurse for Monday–Thursday, 5–9 pm. The role includes supervising direct resident care, reporting to oncoming staff, and ensuring policy adherence while managing safety and quality of life standards.
Responsibilities include resident rounds, problem escalation to the charge nurse or Director of Nursing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. CPR certification and Iowa RN licensure are required.
