Heartland Hospice is seeking an After Hours / On-Call Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering compassionate care when it’s needed most.
You’ll coordinate with families, physicians, and the hospice team, provide direct after-hours care, and document visits while ensuring continuity with daytime care. A current RN license and CPR certification are required.
