Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring a night-shift LPN with 2+ years of experience for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring an active license if applicable.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant LPN experience required
• Active LPN license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Work in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility (post-acute care setting)
• Assigned to the LTC/SNF LPN unit
• Uses other computerized charting system not otherwise specified
• 12-hour night shifts from 6:0 PM to 6:00 AM
• Scheduled for 36 hours per week
• Requires coverage every other weekend and holiday
• No on-call or call-back duties required
• 12-week assignment length
• Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting
• Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius for local placement consideration
• Local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate
• No charge differential offered at this facility
• Two weeks' notice required for cancellation
