ARNP / PA – Urgent Care Clinic
Location:
Elma, WA Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and patient-focused ARNP or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a busy Urgent Care Clinic in Elma, WA. This role is perfect for a provider who enjoys a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality, efficient care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, etc.)
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Active Washington ARNP or PA license
- Board certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Urgent Care or Emergency experience preferred
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible scheduling (weekends and some evenings may be required)
