Elm Crest Senior Living Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support resident care. This is a PRN, on-call role, and you can pick up shifts ranging from part-time to full-time hours based on your availability. - Schedule: PRN, on-call, with shifts available 2:00pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–6:00am, and 6:00am–2:00pm. Pick up part-time to full-time hours based on your availability

- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Support residents’ physical, mental, and social well‑being
- Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning
- Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on personalized care plans
Required:
- Active LPN license (Iowa license, or active multistate license from an NLC compact state)
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English (needed to communicate directly with residents, families, and the care team)
Preferred:
- Long‑term care experience (new grads welcome)
- $25.00–$31.33/hour based on experience
- $3.25 PM and $3.50 NOC shift differentials
- Holiday and on‑call pay
