• Provide direct patient care and supervision to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and delegation of tasks

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents

• Assist with medication management, wound care, and other specialized treatments as needed
