LPN​/RN

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to deliver high-quality primary care in a faith-based, nonprofit clinic serving underserved communities in Atlanta. In this on-site role, you will provide assessments, medications, vaccinations, and patient education while supporting chronic disease management and preventive care. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, whole-person care grounded in dignity, compassion, and health equity, with opportunities for professional growth in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under clinical protocols and physician direction
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations safely and accurately
• Perform assessments, vital signs, and documentation in the EHRSupport chronic disease management and preventive care education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate whole-person care
• Participate in care planning, case reviews, and quality improvement
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care
• Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support faith-informed, compassionate, culturally sensitive care
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment
