Seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit role.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions.
- Assess patient conditions and respond to changes following clinical protocols.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Facilitate safe care transitions through effective handoffs and updates.
- 36 hours weekly, 12-hour shifts.
- Guaranteed pay regardless of shift cancellations.
- Premium overtime pay at 2x the regular rate.
