LPN

4 weeks, 3-4 nights per week, every other week.

No specific guaranteed hours stated.

• Current LPN license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Document patient care activities and ensure compliance with facility protocols.
