• Provide supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned
• Assist residents with or perform Activities of Daily Living for residents in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures
• Assist residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.

• Full‑time, 7am - 3pm. Every other weekend, every other holiday requirement
• Part‑time, 7am - 3pm. 20 hours minimum. Every other weekend, every other holiday requirement
• Full‑time, 3pm - 11pm. Every other weekend, every other holiday requirement
• Part‑time, 3pm - 11pm. Every other weekend, every other holiday requirement
• Full‑time, 11pm - 7am. Every other weekend, every other holiday requirement
• Shift Differential: $2.50/hour for hours worked between 3pm - 7am

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state of Iowa
