Clinic Nurse (RN/LPN/CMA)

Full Time - 72 hours per pay period

Days worked could include Monday-Friday

& Saturday clinic rotation

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinic Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, age-appropriate patient care in an outpatient setting. Key responsibilities include assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications, documenting vital information in the EMR, performing and reporting diagnostic tests, educating patients, and supporting clinical operations.

• Deliver patient-centered care using clinical judgement and established protocols
• Collect and document health histories, vitals, and patient concerns
• Assists with exams, treatments, and procedures as directed by providers
• Perform and document lab tests, quality controls, and medication administration
• Coordinate referrals, schedule tests, and provide patient education
• Maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and a clean, safe environment
• Act as a resource to patients, families, and the care team
• Support ongoing quality improvement and cost containment efforts

• RN: current Licensed Registered nurse in the State of Iowa
• LPN:
  Graduate of approved practical nursing program; current Iowa LPN license
• CMA:
  Certified Medical Assistant in Iowa
• Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporting Certification
• Clinic nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Knowledge of age-specific care and outpatient clinical procedures
• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic diagnostic tools
• Commitment to professional development and teamwork
