Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Role: Provides safe, competent nursing care to patients, with a focus on patient-centered care principles. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring high-quality clinical practices and Service Excellence standards.

• Educates and assists new mothers with physical and emotional needs during postpartum, including infant care education.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans, treatment goals, and discharge strategies based on nursing expertise.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy, teamwork, and respect in all interactions.
• Adheres to facility policies, standards, and ethical practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, current Nevada nursing license, and certification in BLS; neonatal nursing experience is preferred.
• Requires successful completion of pre-employment assessments; experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.
