Agronomy Operations – Condensed Description
This part-time role supports cooperative operations by safely delivering agronomy and grain products, applying crop inputs, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
- Operate application equipment and GPS/variable-rate systems.
- Deliver agronomy products and assist with loading and grain handling.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report repairs or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery, driving, and material-use records.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and cooperative policies.
- Attend required safety meetings and support a professional, team-focused work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to obtain Commercial Applicator license (1A, 1B, 1C) and Class A CDL/ELDT.
- Ability to work long seasonal hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks including climbing and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
