Job Title: Mowing Crew Member / Grounds Maintenance Worker

Position Summary: Responsible for mowing, trimming, and maintaining lawns and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain lawn mowing equipment (riding mowers, push mowers, trimmers, blowers).

• Mow designated areas according to established schedules and standards.

• Trim around obstacles, edges, fences, trees, and landscaped areas.

• Remove debris, litter, and grass clippings from sidewalks, driveways, and public areas.

• Perform basic equipment checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance (oil, blades, belts).

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment.

• Report any property damage, hazards, or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with mowing and landscaping equipment preferred (training provided).

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Work Schedule: Seasonal or year-round; hours may vary depending on weather and workload.
