Vineyard and Winery labor

Vineyard & Winery Worker We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Vineyard & Winery Worker to assist with daily operations in both our vineyard and winery. This is a hands-on position involving outdoor fieldwork, bottling, cleaning, and general production support. Responsibilities
* Perform general vineyard and field maintenance
* Remove weeds between vineyard rows and around vines
* Assist with pruning, planting, tying, trellising, and harvesting as needed
* Operate basic hand tools and vineyard equipment safely
* Assist with bottling, labeling, packing, and moving finished wine
* Wash and sanitize tanks, barrels, hoses, floors, tools, and other equipment
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe vineyard and winery work areas
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and winemaking procedures
* Perform other vineyard and winery duties as assigned Qualifications
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Able to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks
* Able to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
* Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Willing to work independently and as part of a team
* Vineyard, agricultural, winery, bottling, or production experience is helpful but not required
* Must have reliable transportation to the worksite
* Availability during harvest, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends, is preferred Position Details
