Responsibilities
- Manage commissioning documentation and reporting within CxAlloy.
- Verify inspections are being completed according to project schedule.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to confirm inspection status and documentation readiness.
- Run commissioning readiness reports for upcoming energization and startup activities.
- Identify open inspections, open issues, documentation gaps, and other items that could impact startup readiness.
- Distribute readiness reports to site teams, QA/QC, commissioning teams, subcontractors, and project leadership.
- Report documentation delays, inspection gaps, and readiness concerns to project management.
- Own meeting minutes for commissioning, startup, and energization coordination meetings.
- Track startup status, open issues, procurement delays, parts/replacement parts, and other items affecting commissioning progress.
- Maintain daily meeting notes organized by area, responsible party, open inspection, and open issue.
- Support later-stage commissioning coordination and meeting documentation as needed.
- Experience using CxAlloy or a similar commissioning/documentation platform.
- Strong understanding of commissioning documentation, inspection tracking, issue management, and readiness reporting.
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, energization readiness, or turnover activities.
- Ability to run reports, identify blockers, and communicate status clearly.
- Experience working with QA/QC, site teams, commissioning teams, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Strong documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced field construction environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open items at once.
- Experience on large‑scale construction, industrial, mission‑critical, advanced manufacturing, or similar complex projects.
- Familiarity with L1‑L5 commissioning processes.
- Prior experience supporting startup or energization coordination meetings.
- Experience tracking open inspections, procurement delays, replacement parts, and issue closure.
