- Responsible for assessing, auditing, and working with vendors on Root Cause/Corrective Action methods.
- Perform internal quality system audits for EIMCo and prepare management reports summarizing quality performance.
- Perform verifications of actions taken in response to customer concerns or internal requests for corrective action.
- Lead auditor for EIMCo’s QMS and conduct quarterly ISO process audits.
- Assist the Quality Manager with implementation, auditing, revising, and improving our Quality Management System.
- Serve as the point of contact for compliance requirements from customers and third‑party vendors, including REACH, RoHS, and conflict minerals.
- Perform gage R&R analysis and capability studies as required.
- Assist in the calibration of in‑house inspection tools.
- Assist in building work instructions for processes at EIMCo.
- Assist in the training and professional development of our Quality Inspectors.
- Fill in for the quality department inspectors when there are absences.
- Communicate with quality control and shop personnel on any problems or concerns with parts, blueprints, and customer requirements.
- Accept responsibility for the quality of products/services provided following the EIMCo Quality Manual.
- Maintain the assigned work area clean and orderly and comply with all 5S procedures.
- Safely conduct all tasks and behave in compliance with all EIMCo safety policies, including PPE requirements.
- Maintain all required documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge and understanding of EIMCo’s QMS, including ISO 9001:2015.

Education and ExperienceAssociate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year or technical school or six months to one year of related experience and/or training. Formal education may be substituted with experience and training when competency is demonstrated.
Working ConditionsThis is a safety‑sensitive position performed in a manufacturing setting with moderate to high noise levels due to machinery and equipment. The position requires personal protective equipment and may include overtime as deemed necessary by management.
