Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a Quality Supervisor to support day‑to‑day inspection and quality operations while helping drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Supervise Quality Inspectors and Technicians while managing daily priorities and workload
• Oversee in‑process and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Review and disposition nonconforming material and coordinate corrective action activities
• Conduct internal audits and shop‑floor quality surveillance
• Support AS9102 first‑article inspections, customer source inspections, and quality documentation requirements
• Maintain quality records, NCR logs, and inspection documentation within the QMS
• Train and develop quality personnel while promoting best practices
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements

• 4+ years of quality experience within manufacturing
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
• Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems
• Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and lead by example

This salary range for this position falls between $70,000-$100,000/year depending on experience.
