Fabrication Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for monitoring product quality. They are stationed at the end of production lines where they inspect various pieces of meat for adherence to specifications, know the product specifications for the line they are working on, and fill out an audit report form. They must also follow and help enforce plant Good Manufacturing Procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures.

Other responsibilities include metal detector auditing and testing trim for

E. coli via N60 sampling. Other duties as assigned.

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on‑site position.

Qualified candidates must be available to work Monday, Friday, and Saturday and must be available to work holidays.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
• A knowledge of HACCP Process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
• Experience with email communications
• Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Beef products knowledge is preferred
• Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
