Electrical Assembler - 3rd Shift; Onsite

1500 State St, BELLEVUE, IA, USA

Hours:

Sunday-Thursday; 8:00PM – 4:00AM (first 2 weeks training on 1st shift)

• Once properly trained and/or certified, perform specific tasks including soldering, hardware installation, and post‑coating.
• Under close supervision, inspect own work to ensure a quality product that conforms to workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications.
• Perform tasks in accordance with productivity expectations to meet customer deadlines.
• Comply with all Raytheon Technologies rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, and attendance requirements.
• Participate in cost reduction plans, continuous improvement plans/events, audits, and other assigned duties within the scope of this role.
• Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications and complete trainings as required.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates.
• Complete assigned tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intermediate computer skills (typing, navigating screens, learning new software).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to take direction from supervisors and coworkers.

• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of end uses of products being built.
