- Follow blueprints, guidelines, or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Perform functional testing per part-specific pre-established test procedure.
- Monitor tests through completion, record test data, and service test equipment as required.
- Document acceptance or failure results.
- Demonstrate proper use of simple hand/machine tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices.
- Perform loading and unloading of electronic equipment in test beds.
- Comply with applicable quality systems and participate in continuous improvement efforts (ACE).
- Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by the team.
- Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.
- Comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
- Follow plans for production schedules and quality requirements.
- Understand end use of manufactured products.
- Proficiently use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
- Demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
- Train others for technical tasks as needed.
- Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues.
- Participate in waste minimization efforts.
- Participate in audits.
- Request tools and supplies in accordance with project requirements as needed.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- High School diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology.
- Experience with RF, digital, and analog circuits.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Working knowledge of DMM, oscilloscope, signal generator, and spectrum analyzer.
- Basic component-level troubleshooting experience.

Position is safety sensitive per FAA guidelines. Candidates will be subject to drug and alcohol testing per FAA regulations.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
