CMM Operator, 2nd shift

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, math data, reports, instructions and guidelines
• Proficient in MSA and SPC (Training to be provided)
• Proficient in using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Proficient in using measuring instruments, i.e. caliper, micrometer, height gauges, etc.
• Able to use Brown & Sharp DCC Coordinate Measuring Machine
• Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction
• Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relations
• Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines
• Proficient in personal computer operation and applications in a MS Windows operating system
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers and customers
• Able to safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Able to safely use slings and hoists
• Able to maintain punctuality and good attendance record
• Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact
• Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime
• Must display a can‑do attitude and be able to work and perform job responsibilities with a minimum amount of direct supervision

• High School diploma or GE 3+ years’ experience operating a CMM machine
• Successful completion of AIAG MSA Certification Exam to be completed within one year from hire date
• If certification expires (e.g. every 3 years) employee must be re‑certified prior to expiration
