Job Overview
Position:
Onsite manufacturing technician – Bellevue, IA. U.S. citizenship required.
Location:
1500 State St, Bellevue, IA.
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. (first weeks training on 1st shift).
- Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post‑coating tasks.
- Inspect own work to ensure quality, workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications are met.
- Meet productivity expectations and customer deadlines.
- Comply with company policies including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, Compliance, and Quality.
- Participate in cost‑reduction and continuous improvement plans, audits, and training modules.
- Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Report progress and updates to lead or supervisor.
- Complete additional assigned tasks within the scope and skill level of this job description.
Required:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational/technical education.
- U.S. citizenship.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing experience.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Successful completion of job‑grade training modules.
- Follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Work effectively in repetitive tasks and fast‑paced environments.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail for safety and quality.

- Intermediate computer skills (typing, navigation, learning new software).
