Bei Xenios, we specialize in the development and manufacturing of cardiopulmonary products, including powerful blood oxygenators. Our production sites in Stolberg and Radeberg focus on manufacturing, logistics, and quality. Stolberg acts as a center of excellence for dialysis technology. Over 150 dedicated employees work here to produce innovative modules that ensure the worldwide supply of patients with chronic kidney failure. At our office in Heilbronn with around 100 employees, we consolidate central functions such as administration, marketing, research and development for single-use products, technical service, laboratory operations, human resources, and quality.

Your Responsibilities- Conduct, document, and release incoming inspection, in-process controls, and final inspections in accordance with quality requirements
- Monitor and document sterilization processes and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
- Process, document, and track deviations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Create and maintain relevant quality management documents and conduct training in the area of quality and hygiene
- Process, track, and document supplier complaints
- Assist with article master data maintenance and maintenance of test plans in the ERP system
- Support quality planning and participate in external audits by designated bodies, authorities, and customers
- A completed education in a technical, medical, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment (e.g., MTA, PTA, laboratory technician or comparable)
- Initial experience in quality assurance or a quality-related area
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- A strong understanding of quality and a high degree of diligence
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and reliable cooperation with internal and external contacts
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working method
- Commitment, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop professionally
- A quick understanding and a good sense for efficient and practical solutions
