Metal Hardware Intern

Chanel is looking for a Metal Hardware Intern to support the Leather Goods Operations department, specifically the Industrializzazione and Quality Accessories Leather Goods team. The selected candidate will undertake a six-month internship.

Activities:

• Support the accessories team in continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate in the preparation and updating of basic technical documentation.
• Contribute to the creation, updating, and maintenance of technical files, monitoring tables, and quality indicators.
• Prepare and manage components for testing and control activities.
• Progressively take on specific tasks, with the aim of developing operational autonomy during the internship.

You could be the right person if:

• You are a student or recent graduate in technical or engineering disciplines, with a specialization in mechanics, industry, materials, or fashion accessories.
• You have experience, even if academic, in reading technical documentation and 2D drawings.
• You know the basic use of dimensional control tools.
• You are curious, open to learning, and eager to grow.
• You demonstrate good organizational skills, responsiveness, and proactive attitude.
• You work with rigor and attention to detail, with sensitivity for the quality of the work performed.
• You have a team spirit and know how to collaborate with internal and external interlocutors.
• You are able to communicate clearly and structured in writing, drafting exhaustive communications.
• You have a good command of office work tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of French and knowledge of English is considered a plus.
