The Cheese Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting cheese products to ensure they meet Prairie Farms’ quality, safety, and production standards.

• Inspect cheese for appearance, texture, color, and overall quality.
• Check packaging, labels, dates, and seals for accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged or defective products.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and quality-control procedures.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate production records.
• Monitor products throughout the production process.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to identify product quality issues.
• Reliable, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive inspection tasks for extended periods.
• Previous food production or quality-control experience is preferred but not required.
