Iowa Premium, a National Beef Company, Tama, IA, seeks a Slaughter Food Safety Technician to support our QA team in a fast-paced beef production facility. You will monitor carcasses, processing aids, and sanitation, perform inspections and sampling to ensure product safety and quality.
This safety-sensitive, hourly role requires English proficiency, strong communication, HACCP knowledge, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays on site.
