We are looking for a Quality Supervisor who will ensure products and processes comply with regulations, specifications, contract requirements, and quality system standards within the assigned plant. The Quality Supervisor will also direct and coordinate activities concerned with daily tasks as it relates to testing and releasing the product.

• Supervise and lead the quality control team, including inspectors and technicians, ensuring proper training and development.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and standards for production processes.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards.
• Document inspection outcomes, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management.
• Identify recurring quality issues and collaborate with production teams to resolve them.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations Manage nonconforming products, ensuring proper identification, segregation, and disposition Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with departmental leadership.
• Develops and maintains the highest quality standard – zero defects.
• Works continuously to improve all areas.
• Support cross functional teams in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Assist in implementation of QMS software.
• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures and conduct associated training.
• Coordinates internal activities to investigate customer complaints and establish containment actions.
• Creates and monitors ICARs (internal Corrective Actions Request) to closure.

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in a quality control, assurance, or a related role.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ in management and/or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Lean / Six Sigma and ISO
  9001 experience.
• Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, to internal and external customers and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to mentor, train, motivate, direct and empower team.
• Strong leadership skills.
• High ethical standards.
