• Process deal files and transactions, collaborating with brokers to collect necessary documents and forms
• Review and manage deal documentation required for revenue recognition
• Prepare commission calculations and oversee the commission billing process
• Track and apply expenses to specific deal pools for broker accounts
• Assist auditors by providing necessary documentation for revenue recognition

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate transaction support experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a similar field
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to follow up consistently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Understanding of the commission payout process in commercial real estate
• Experience in managing vendor relations and billing inquiries
