We are currently seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team.

Maxwell, Singapore (Central Region, near MRT)

• Salary up to $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

• 1 Month AWS

• Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays

• Guest Relations:
  Welcome and seat guests with a warm smile, taking reservations, and managing the floor flow

• Order Taking:
  Explain the Yakitori menu (different chicken parts) and recommend drinks (Sake, Shochu, Beer) to guests

• Food & Beverage Service:
  Serve skewers and drinks promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism

• Table Management:
  Clearing tables, resetting for the next seating, and ensuring the dining area is pristine at all times

• Cashiering:
  Handle billing and payment transactions accurately using our POS system

• Teamwork:
  Work closely with the Kitchen Crew and Chefs to ensure a smooth dining experience

• Experience:
  
  At least 3 years experience in F&B or hospitality

• Communication:
  Good spoken English. (Ability to communicate in additional languages, including Japanese and Mandarin, will be beneficial as the role involves interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.)

• Personality:
  Outgoing, proactive, and passionate about providing excellent customer service

• Work Ethic:
  Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility:
  Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience working in the F&B industry, including a Japanese cuisine restaurant

• Basic Food & Hygiene Certified
