O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team executes on customer service programs;
Ensure all orders and transfers are processed timely and customers are contacted on shipment arrivals;
Ensure returns and exchanges are processed efficiently with accurate refunds;
Perform store opening/closing duties and daily money handling per policy
