Yesway is seeking Part-Time Store Associates within our gas station and convenience store business. We are looking for candidates that have great customer service and are dependable. Retail experience a plus but not required. Yesway plans to acquired 300-400 convenience stores in the next 3-4 years. If you are passionate about a great career opportunity in the retail industry working for a rapidly-growing company;
then this may be the home for you!
- Ensure hospitality for all store quests by ensuring timely guest transactions, facilities/store cleanliness, and implementation of Yesway standards.
- Provide GREAT customer service for an outstanding guest experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure the proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise in the store.
- Other duties as assigned
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education- Successful completion of certification testing as needed.
