Responsibilities
- Oversight of all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers
- Ordering and inventory control
- Cleaning and stocking duties
- Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns

- Must possess prior management or leadership experience
Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours during a 5‑day work‑week and receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
