Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of food in compliance with regulations;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels and monitor inventory using various order guides and history data;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences;
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and maintain sanitation standards in Perishable departments.
