Hy-Vee - - Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store;
Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing items, loading or unloading heavy items, and noting customer requests;
Accurately selects groceries ordered online by customers and ensures proper handling across temperature zones;
Tenders customer orders through POS and charges the customers credit card;
Continually monitors incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment
