• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Promote Bethany Foundation and strive to increase income for the foundation and store.
• Maintain merchandise and displays.
• Assist with leading and directing store volunteers
• Assist with representing Bethany Foundation & Affordables at community events.

Job Requirement

• Support the mission, vision and values of Bethany Life.
• Ability to work effectively with all co-workers in a team environment.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
