Manage store area financials including reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals;
Supervise hourly associates including hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations, and recognizing performance to foster belonging;
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive process improvements to support store operations.
