Hy-Vee - 425 E Le Claire Rd - Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions;
Operates cash register accurately and scans product, processes coupons and payments (including cash, checks, credit cards, and EBT);
Bagging/packing merchandise and assisting customers with loading/unloading or carrying items;
Maintains store appearance and assists in other areas as needed; supports staff and promotes a positive shopping experience;
Follows policies for sale of tobacco, liquor, and lottery; adheres to WIC and food stamp guidelines; assists customers as needed
