Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Dollar General seeks a Store Manager in Rock Rapids, IA to lead day-to-day operations in a tech-enabled retail environment. You will oversee staff scheduling, coaching, and performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and use data tools to track sales and optimize store efficiency. Partner with leadership to execute promotions, uphold safety and compliance, and deliver excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising for Dollar General's Rock Rapids location
• Recruit, train, and coach store associates to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company policies
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Analyze sales data, set performance goals, and execute promotions to drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and operational standards in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Leverage technology and reporting tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
