Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

NIKE is seeking a Supervisor to elevate our retail experience in Beaverton. In this role, you'll lead a team of store athletes, driving premium service, strong product storytelling, and operational excellence. You'll oversee scheduling, coaching, and performance against KPIs while ensuring accurate inventory flow and compelling merchandising. Partnering closely with leadership, you'll execute product launches and campaigns that reflect Nike's culture of sport, innovation, and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail floor operations to deliver premium service and align with Nike standards
• Coach, schedule, and develop store athletes to meet sales and service goals
• Monitor KPIs, inventory flow, merchandising, and product presentation
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring an elevated, inclusive in-store experience
• Support execution of marketing, launches, and in-store events
• Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with store and district leaders to drive performance and innovation
• Identify process improvements to optimize traffic flow and conversion
