About the Team

Role:
Business Development Manager for the French region. You will report to the Regional Director, France. You will focus on sales activities within France and promote EVBox charging solutions (hardware and services) toward key segments in France.

About the role

Your role is to promote and sell EVBox charging solutions (hardware and services) to key segments in France. You will be engaged in the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to tender responses, contract negotiation, closing deals, and then account management of your customer portfolio. You will develop and maintain both a customer and prospect portfolio. Your main objective is to achieve revenue targets for the French market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize key target clients and industries based on market research and analysis.
  • Qualify and convert leads into opportunities following defined qualification criteria.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the French region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organizations; position EVBox as the preferred partner and support sales channels to maximize business potential.
  • Drive development and implementation of effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis; engage in technically oriented conversations with customers and partners.
  • External Communication: contribute to EVBox France communications, animating workshops with customers and participating in trade shows.
Account Management
  • Understand pain points, deliver insights, and educate partners about EVBox’s portfolio of solutions (products and services). Translate technical concepts into customer value.
  • Conduct high-level sales meetings and presentations with potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of EVBox.
  • Coordinate sales-related projects with internal stakeholders to roll out partner projects, deploy international agreements at local level, and ensure successful implementation on the field.
  • Be an advisor for your accounts on all aspects of EV charging and the product/service portfolio.
Customer Journey Process and Transversal Role
  • Implement the Sales Process: qualify targets, identify initiatives to unlock market potential, share information across the organization, and forecast revenue and product forecasting for your account portfolio.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies, product development, contract terms, and other sales-related decisions.
  • Align and coordinate your market approach with colleagues; propose and implement improvements and best practices for efficient ways of working.
