The Greenfield Opportunity:
In this role, you aren't just managing a territory; you are building one. As a Strategic Account Executive in a greenfield market, you have the backing of a world-class brand with the entrepreneurial freedom to establish Automated Logic as the premier choice in Nevada. Your job is not to convince people that the technology works, but to uncover the specific building challenges within this new market and connect customers to the right solution.
- Identify high‑potential prospects and lead business development activities to spark regional growth.
- Develop long‑term relationships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers across the state.
- Work with engineers early in the process to influence specifications and ensure ALC solutions are integrated at the foundation of new projects.
- Identify new opportunities, prepare comprehensive responses, and lead negotiations to secure business.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure technical feasibility and a seamless transition from sale to execution.
- 2+ years of sales experience in Outside Sales, specifically within HVAC Controls Technology.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid and current Driver’s License.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC Building Controls Systems.
- Experience analyzing market data to build and execute a winning business strategy.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations that articulate the ROI of intelligent building solutions.
Annual base salary: $79,000.00 – $, depending on skills, education, and experience.
Potential short‑term cash incentives subject to plan requirements.
