This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position processes cash transactions efficiently and maintains an ongoing conversation to understand clients’ financial priorities and connect them with appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively to enhance the client experience.
- Handle cash responsibilities with accuracy and integrity.
- Enthusiastic, self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Collaborative, able to build and nurture relationships.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an improved client experience.
- Confidence in identifying solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

- One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant associate's degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).
