$110,000 DOE + Benefits

Bonus up to 60% of Salary, OTE 30% of Salary

Targeting EPC/Engineering Firms + Specialised Distributors across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Power, Water & Wastewater.

Technical Sales grounding/experience

A leading industrial safety manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a multi‑state territory across the Western U.S. This is a high‑impact field sales role focused on developing existing accounts, winning new business, and driving specification‑led growth across a range of compliance‑driven safety products.

You will manage a geographically defined territory and work across multiple channels, including industrial distribution, specialty distribution, engineering and EPC firms, and contractor/reseller networks. The position calls for a consultative sales approach, strong commercial discipline, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers who value technical credibility and responsive account management.

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Deliver a structured call cycle with significant time spent in the field meeting customers and partners.
• Develop regional plans that support revenue growth, market penetration, and new product introductions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales contracts with accuracy and commercial awareness.
• Work closely with distributors, representatives, and end users to increase product specification and market adoption.
• Support trade shows, seminars, and other market‑facing events as required.

• Proven experience in field sales, account management, or sales leadership.
• Strong ability to manage existing business while developing new customers.
• A consultative selling style, ideally gained in technical, industrial, engineering, or compliance‑led environments.
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and sales channels.
• Good commercial judgement, including pricing, reporting, and basic financial logic.
• A degree is preferred, along with around five years’ relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively, with the role expected to be approximately 80% field‑based.
• Contacts & Network in EPCs & Engineering Firms in industrial markets.

Base salary: $105,000 to $110,000.

Annual incentive opportunity linked to business performance up to 60% of Salary.
