Territory Sales Representative
Precision of New Hampton is seeking a driven, competitive Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick sales cycle environment. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by actively prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Research accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and generate strong interest
- Understand customer needs and effectively present solutions
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed annual revenue goals
- Manage and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory
- Support and manage new accounts after the sale
- Travel to visit customers, distributors, and trade shows (2-4 trips per year, 1-3 days each)
- Are excited by performance‑based compensation (the more you sell, the more you earn)
- Have high income goals and a strong desire to succeed
- Are self‑disciplined and able to work independently
- Are coachable, persistent, and maintain a positive attitude through challenges
- Enjoy making cold and warm calls to new prospects and existing customers
- Are confident, competitive, yet collaborative in a team environment
- Want to make a great income and make a real difference working with good people
- Proven sales experience with strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web‑based tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
