Location: Nevada

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in the California Market.

This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory.

Responsibilities
  • Positioned within MBCI’s Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to subcontractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors
  • Develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
  • Develop a complete understanding of key customers’ business and the critical measures that drive each account
  • Collaborate effectively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure optimal customer experience
  • Utilize Operating Systems to manage sales activities
  • Travel 50% – 60% of the time (2–3 overnight trips per week)
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
  • Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
  • Pre‑engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and competition, and develop strategic responses
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: $85,000 – $95,000
