Position Summary
Our company is an authorized service provider for The Home Depot & we are looking to grow our sales team! If you are an experienced flooring sales professional, that is driven, passionate, and looking for a huge opportunity for success- apply now! We are looking for talented individuals who can make an immediate impact and drive new sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Present and sell commercial flooring products and services to new and existing clients
- Business Development – prospect and contact potential clients
- Work with 23 Home Depot stores and PRO Desk Associates to generate new business with local Pros, resulting in a high percent of sales; specifically, promote and sell commercial flooring solutions
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of latest developments
- Respond to RFP/RFQ’s
- Schedule and manage trades
- Oversee projects from start to finish
- Cold calling
- Account management
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service, attitude and skills
- Previous experience in sales – selling commercial flooring
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
$50,000 - $125,000 a year
